This Workshop is dedicated to managing and automating the financial function within companies. During this session, organized in collaboration with Finance for Growth, Smaranda Streanga and Sebastian Boureanu will discuss various ways to organize and operate the financial function in a company, so that it provides the necessary support, control, and structure within the portfolio organization.
The structure of the team, roles & responsibilities, reporting system & internal controls, digitization & tools used make the difference between functions that meet the support objectives for management, Board, and shareholders, and those that struggle with chaos.
Together, we will discuss the financial processes suitable for automation (financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting), as well as the advantages and challenges of this approach.
